Throughout her career, Jessica has worn many hats in the oilfield industry, with a strong focus on human resources, accounting, administration, and business operations. Her experience has taught her the importance of building relationships, supporting employees, and understanding the many moving parts that keep a business running smoothly. Jessica enjoys being hands-on, finding solutions, improving processes, and working with people at all levels of an organization to help create a positive work environment. At N2 Solutions, she bring that same approach, along with a desire to help our employees and our company succeed.
Role at N2 Solutions
As Chief Administrative Officer, Jessica oversees and supports key administrative functions that help keep our business running efficiently. Her responsibilities span accounting, human resources, employee support, benefits, policies, and administrative processes, while also working closely with leadership and our different department heads. Jessica enjoys being someone employees can come to for support and helping bridge the gap between people, processes, and company goals. Her focus is on building consistency, improving communication, and supporting a cohesive team across all areas of N2 Solutions. For Jessica, it is rewarding being a part of a company that continues to grow while keeping its employees at the heart of what we do.
Achievements
Professionally, one of Jessica's greatest accomplishments is helping organizations strengthen their processes while maintaining a workplace where employees feel supported and valued. She takes pride in being a dependable resource for both employees and leadership and in helping navigate challenges with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
Fun Fact
Jessica has a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies, and has previously owned a daycare for many years. People are usually surprised when they find out what Jessica went to school for, but she always jokes that she still puts her degree to use every day—just with a different age group!
