WHAT IS SPUTTEREDPIPE™ ?

SputteredPipe™ uses a proprietary atomically bonded aluminum oxide film applied through a precision process called sputtering. 

This ultra-thin multilayer film forms a chemically inert, impermeable, and self-healing barrier that protects the internal surface of pipelines from corrosion, degradation, and aggressive chemistries.

SputteredPipe™ is applied using the SputterPig™ tool, a robotic instrument designed by Arculus Solutions. As the tool navigates the pipeline, it deposits an aluminum-based multilayer film using a vacuum-based sputtering application.

The result: a precision-applied, uniform film that protects the pipeline from the inside out.
