CHAD HOLLIER

Chairman

In 2007, Chad founded Jackal Services which later merged with Wellbore Energy Solutions. The merger created Environmental Drilling Solutions, which prospered and grew to more than 300 employees operating in all major shale plays in North America. In early 2012, Chad and his partners sold EDS to a private equity firm out of Pennsylvania, Element Partners.

Chad became Owner/CEO of N2 Solutions, LLC in 2016, and took on the role of Chairman in 2021. As Chairman of N2 Solutions, he is the head of its board of directors and is responsible for protecting investors’ interests and advising key business decisions upon review and evaluation of company performance.

Chad has held various leadership, business development, operational and managerial positions throughout his career.

Chad holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He lives in Lafayette, La., with his wife and their son.

JAKE GARBER

President/COO

As Chief Operating Officer of N2 Solutions, LLC, Jake provides leadership and strategic vision to the organization. He integrates operational, managerial and administrative procedures, and provides reporting structures and operational control to the company.

Prior to joining N2, Jake worked in operational management at several companies and served in key management roles throughout his career, most notably as VP of Operations at Environmental Drilling Solutions, Gulf Coast Regional Manager at Greene’s Energy Group and M-I SWACO.

Jake’s greatest strengths are his creativity, drive and leadership. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach, all while meeting customer expectations.

A natural born leader, Jake effectively communicates and fosters growth among the executive team and all employees.

Jake holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Geology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He lives in Lafayette, La., with his wife and their two children.

ADAM BROUSSARD

Director of Project Management

As Director of Project Management of N2 Solutions, LLC, Adam consistently defines project scopes and objectives, ensuring resource availability, and develops detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.

Prior to joining the N2 Solutions team, he held several technical and operational managerial positions at several companies, most notably as Area Manager at Baker Hughes and Technical Service Manager at Environmental Drilling Solutions.

Adam’s greatest strengths are his engineering and technical validation. He succeeds in implementing and tracking data in support of everyday operations, providing value added support to the company.

Adam holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and an MBA from Columbia Southern University. He resides in Broussard, La., with his wife and their four children.

KIRK CLULEE

Director of Operations
Pipeline & Specialty Services

Over the last decade, Kirk has held a variety of jobs within the oil, gas and chemical industries with an emphasis on pipeline integrity. Kirk joins the N2 Solutions team as a part of the acquisition of PFS Nitrogen Services (PFS), a nitrogen technology company supporting the pipeline and petrochemical industry for over 30 years, where he served as Chief Operating Officer.

As Director of Operations - Pipeline & Specialty Services of N2 Solutions, LLC, Kirk achieves high performance results by demonstrating selflessness, and vulnerability, and by being a collaborative and humble team player. His vision is to provide safe, superior and quality services that customers can trust; establishing a company culture that employees are proud of and operations that competitors strive to emulate.

Kirk resides in Petal, Mississippi.

WADE ‘PIP’ SIMONEAUX

Director of Operation
Petrochemical & LNG

As Director or Operations - Petrochemical & LNG of N2 Solutions, LLC, Pip is responsible for systems, processes, field personnel and policies in support of the company’s overall mission.

Prior to joining the N2 Solutions team, he worked in various management positions during the span of 10 years, with a prominent background in nitrogen field services, most notably as Nitrogen Operations Coordinator at Wise Well Intervention and Nitrogen Division Manager at Greene’s Energy Group.

Pip’s military training brings strong leadership qualities and a drive to meet customer demands in the current market. His problem-solving skills help facilitate strong customer relationships through cost-effective-solutions.

Pip lives in Parks, La., with his wife and three children and is passionate about his faith and serving his community.

ERIC GREENWOOD

Director of Sales and Client Experience

As Director of Sales and Client Experience of N2 Solutions, LLC, Eric brings over 20 years of experience in sales, sales management and business development. In his role, he leverages his expertise in nitrogen solutions, customer relationship management (CRM) and new business development to generate leads, close deals and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.

Eric joins N2S with over 15 years of experience in pipeline integrity services, most recently working as Account Manager at Allen Edwards. He is a graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana and is an active member of the Louisiana Pipeliners Association and the Pipeliners Association of Houston.

Eric lives in Lafayette, La., with his wife and has three children.

CHRIS FONTENOT

QHSE Manager

In his safety management role at N2 Solutions, Chris oversees the QHSE Department which consists of producing policies and having oversight of training for N2S. He is also responsible for ensuring compliance with national standards and customer safety specifications.

Chris has been a part of the N2S team for nine years, working as a QHSE consultant prior to become N2 Solutions’ QHSE Manager. He brings a wealth of experience to the position having owned Prime Level Consulting, a full-service safety management system firm. He also worked previously as a safety director and as a QHSE trainer. Chris holds certifications as a lead auditor for both the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 and the International Safety Management (ISM).

He is a highly-motivated, competitive individual with a firm grasp on project objectives. His main goal is a safe, efficient and consistently competent team.
